The policies stated below were approved by the Calumet Crank Club Board. Your comments and suggestions are appreciated. Please contact the Webmaster.

Web Site Policy

The Calumet Crank Club Web Site is established as a source of bicycling-related information for the benefit of the Club members and the general public.

Because the web site is open to the public, some types of Club information will not be posted. Club financial statements, meeting minutes, and other sensitive information will not be posted. Personal information about members such as home addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses will not be posted without the individual's permission.

Editorials and feature articles do not necessarily express the views or opinions of the Club, its Officers, or its Board members.

Commercial advertisements and advertisements for non-Club bicycling events will not be posted. However, regional cycling events and contact information may be displayed in the web site as part of the Calendar.

Links

Links to cycling-related web sites of general interest to the Club membership may be posted, including, but not limited to, the following examples: bicycle clubs in Indiana, national cycling-related organizations; bicycle merchants; other resources such as bicycling-related search engines.
